Justin M. Henning is an Associate in the Miami office of Krinzman Huss Lubetsky Feldman & Hotte, focusing his practice on real estate and commercial litigation. 

Prior to joining the firm, Justin’s practice focused on Civil Litigation and Chapter 11 Bankruptcy. While in law school, Justin served as an Executive Board Member of the University of Miami Business Law Review and was Vice President of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Society. He was also a member of the University of Miami Investor Rights Clinic, partaking in FINRA Arbitration. Justin’s article discussing the potential classification of cryptocurrency as an investment contract was chosen for publication in the University of Miami Business Law Review Journal.
